Methodology/PrincipalFindings:SeropositiveanimalsoriginatingfromurbanandruralareasinGabonwereanalyzedforT. gondiiisolationandgenotyping.Sixty-eightisolates,includingonemixedinfection(69strains),wereobtainedbybioassay in mice. Genotyping was performed using length polymorphism of 13 microsatellite markers located on 10 different chromosomes.ResultswereanalyzedintermsofpopulationstructurebyBayesianstatisticalmodeling,Neighbor-joining treesreconstructionbasedongeneticdistances,FSTandlinkagedisequilibrium.Amoderategeneticdiver
