　　论对外汉语教师的教学行为研究 [摘 要］教学行为 研究 是教学实践十一种系统的反思性探究，具有开放性、参与性、针对性、时效性、灵活性等特点；教学行为研究可以弥补已往教学与科研脱节的缺憾，具有提高教师素质和教学质量、使教学和科研紧密结合的现实意义。 [关键词］对外汉语教学；行为研究； 方法 ；特点 [Abstract] Teaching action research is a systematic and introspective research in teaching practice. It has the characteristics of bEing open, participative, purposive, timely and flexible. It can narroportant role in improving teaching quality. [Key ethod; characteristics 一　教学、行为研究的定义及特点。 1．教学行为研究的定义 行为研究并不是一个新鲜的话题，但将行为研究引人教学研究领域，在国外也不过二三十年的 历史 。20世纪70年代中期，Stenhouse（1975）和Elliot(1796）在他们的研究中明确指出：行为研究是对教学 理论 的进一步 发展 ，行为研究主要是要解决教学中的实际 问题 。Stenhouse认为，通过不断的研究和积累，通过综合性的 分析 ，行为研究的理论是可以推广的。20世纪90年代以后，行为研究逐渐被介绍到我国， 目前 在 英语 教学领域已经有人在这方面做了一些工作并取得了可喜的成绩。 那么，究竟什么是行为研究呢？为了给读者一个更为清晰的印象，下面列举国外本领域最有代表性的几个人的原文定义： Action research is a form of self-reflective enquiry undertaken by participants in social (including educational) situations in order to improve the rationality and justice of (a) their oselves and their practice to critical scrutiny; they attemPt to relate ideas to empirical observation; they attempt to make this process explicit to themselves and others through the e concern is to improve their o the standpoint of their o or , action research seems to be a practical ore about effective teaching and, in our vieprove the quality of action atically evaluating the consequences of educational decisions and adjusting practice to maximize effectiveness.
