对企业国际化知识经营与法律权益空间拓展研究 摘要：随着加入WTO和知识 经济 加快 发展 ，我国 企业 正面临经济全球化的挑战与机遇。当今知识经济在信息技术群、空间技术群、生物技术群、海洋技术群、新能源技术群和材料技术群等方面飞速发展，技术创新速度加快，各类高新技术之间界限不断被打破，世界经济与市场的国界日益模糊。对此，各国纷纷加大了知识经济发展，突出高新 科技 创新与国际市场的开拓力度。同时运用国际 法律 法规和知识产权保护本国市场，运用非关税贸易壁垒，增加国外产品进口与国内高新技术出口难度。面对知识创新与保护、市场开放与竞争的双重压力，中外知名企业大力推进国际化知识经营，成功运用法律保障国际化经营权益，不断拓展市场空间。 关键词：企业国际化；知识经营；法律权益；空间拓展 Abstract: Along with joins WTO and the knowledge economy speeds up the development, Our country Enterprise is facing the economic globalization the challenge and the opportunity. Now the knowledge economy in the information technology group, the spatial technology group, the biological technology group, the ocean technology group, the new energy technology group and aspect swift developments and so on material technology group, the technological innovation speed speeds up, between each kind of high technology and new technology the boundary is broken unceasingly, the world economics and the market national boundary is day by day fuzzy. Regarding this, various countries have increased the knowledge economy development in abundance, prominent high new technology innovation and international market development dynamics. Simultaneously utilizes the international law laws and regulations and the intellectual property protection our country market, the utilization nontariff trade protectionism, increases the forEign product import and the domestic high technology and new technology export difficulty.
