该句是含有过去进行时的句子。过去进行时表示在过去某一时刻或某一段时间内正在进行的动作。过去进行时常与表示过去的某一特定的时间状语连用。如：at two o’clock yesterday afternoon, at that time, just then.其基本结构是“was/were + v.ing 形式”如：
He was reading a book at 5:00 p.m. Yesterday.

2.at that time of 意为“在……时”，其后跟名词或者名词短语。如：
