Cognitive flexibility theory of primary and secondary teacher training under the guidance of the teaching
Abstract: Cognitive flexibility theory is a kind of bad on the structure of the acquisition and transfer of knowledge of learning theory to guide primary and secondary teacher training and teaching has strong applicability. Based on cognitive flexibility theory, teaching primary and secondary teacher training, instructional design should take the following strategies: 1. Focus on the concept of multi-angle representation, the implementation of the concept of multi-dimensional analysis and design; 2. The use of the concept of case teaching, the implementation of concepts and case crossover design ; 3. the creation of authentic learning environment, the implementation of the design learning task of the teaching situation; 4. the use of cognitive flexibility hypertext, implementation of the teaching content of the three-dimensional network structure design.

Abstract: Cognitive flexibility theory is a learning theory about acquiring and transferring the knowledge in ill-structured domains and it is more suitable for guiding primary and secondary school teacher training.Based on the theory, the principles of teaching design are as follows: 1. emphasizing multiple representation of concept and carrying out multi-dimensional analysis of concept; 2.using the case study of concept and cross design of concept and case; 3.lcreating real learning situations and teaching situations forlearning tasks; 4.carrying out the multiple dimensional net-based structure design of teaching contents with cognitive flexibility hypertext.
