Cognitive flexibility theory of primary and secondary teacher training under the guidance of the teaching Abstract: Cognitive flexibility theory is a kind of bad on the structure of the acquisition and transfer of knowledge of learning theory to guide primary and secondary teacher training and teaching has strong applicability. Based on cognitive flexibility theory, teaching primary and secondary teacher training, instructional design should take the following strategies: 1. Focus on the concept of multi-angle representation, the implementation of the concept of multi-dimensional analysis and design; 2.
