Abstract: At present, the college is difficult for practical teaching ideas out of school parties, as well as school conditions, constraints, there are also teachers and other reasons employment assessment. To solve this problem we need to change in educational thinking, clear educational goals, actively adapt to the changing situation, but also we need to seriously implement the education, people-oriented approach and undertake education should assume the responsibility to carry out the tasks, and effectively improve educational the quality of teaching and train tens of millions of good moral qualities, practical ability and creative spirit of the people.
