Abstract: The Undergraduate Tutorial teaching management in China’s colleges and universities in the credit system is still in the trial stage, this paper analyze the problem of its existence on the basis of undergraduate students on how to build and improve the incentive and restrictive mechanism for mentoring systematically explored.

To improve education, quality of teaching and cultivating innovative talents, China’s credit system of teaching undergraduate colleges and universities are implementing management reform.
