Compensation of the cost of higher education in China - on the OECD report Thinking Abstract: The OECD on China’s higher education quality assessment and financial allocations of the inspection report (2003) concerning the content of higher education finance, combined with China’s national conditions and higher compensation costs of the status quo, study programs and tuition loan amendments of the Bill, pointed out that the we should be more comprehensive perspective of scientific development and improvement of fiscal policy and higher education tuition revised scheme, guarantee the level and efficiency of higher education under the premise of the rapid and steady development. Keywords: OECD; higher education; the cost of compensation; tuition In 2003, at the “Development of Higher Education and Financial Policy International Seminar”, the World Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (hereinafter referred to as OECD) published on China’s higher education quality assessment and inspection report of the financial allocations ( “OECD Review of Financing and Quality Assurance Rearms in Higher Education in The People’s Republic of China “, hereinafter referred to as the” Report “).
