Competency-based curriculum-based System of Higher Vocational Education Abstract: Higher vocational education is competency-based education, its curriculum development with the target model more desirable. Construction of higher vocational education competency-based curriculum, we need to solve to determine course objectives, course content selection and organization of the course are three basic problems. Keywords: higher vocational education; competency-based; curriculum system; Construction Many schools of curriculum theory. In theory, these courses based on the established curriculum development model, grouped into two broad categories, namely, the target model and process model. Target model is the basis for curriculum development objectives and core curriculum objectives around the determination of its implementation, evaluation and curriculum development model. The process development is a process model of attention, emphasizing the educational value of the process itself, the curriculum development based on the actual educational environment based on respect for the personality characteristics of students, developing students subjectivity and creativity. Clearly, the process development model is a kind of orientation in line with the trend of the times. Higher vocational education and basic education, general higher education is different from the aim is to enable students to study over a period of time, the quality must reach a certain level, and get some kind of vocational qualification, so vocational education is competency-based education. Vocational education is to fulfill its culture marked H, there must be a decision by the professional qualifications, specific, clear curriculum objectives.
