Employment Survey of University Students Value
For people to understand and evaluate the values of objective things and phenomena in the internal standard when held, and employment values is the understanding that people in the job evaluation process of the internal standard things and phenomena. Values, thoughts and actions of individuals have some role in guiding and regulating , it makes the behavior of individuals with a certain degree of bias. Under the new situation, the employment of college students raised widespread concern in society, thus we have the values of the current employment of university students conducted a survey and analysis, to understand students in employment values, to solve practical problems in college students in employment, employment of university students doing guidance.
We designed a “values Employment Questionnaire”, the questionnaire is divided into “acts” and the “value judgments” of two parts. In June 2004 graduates of Qingdao University conducted a written survey, a total of valid survey 719 copies of questionnaires, including 429 boys, 290 girls, 347 poor students, 482 were non-poor students. From the survey data, the values of the current employment of students reflected primarily in the following areas:
