Abstract: From the peI百pective of the value chain of the construction indus町，出e paper studied, from 也e Reform and Opening-up, the value migration issue of 也e construction indus町 in China, which 臼rns to sort out and understand the evolution and development of 由e construction indus町. On the basis of defining the background of 也e shortage economy and 由e excess time , the paper construc臼 the construction indus町 value chain analysis model. The result shows that the high value of construction industry is the manufacturing of construction product , which is the construction link. However, in the excess time , the strategic value range of construction enterprises is the ups田am link and downstream link.
