郑州交通职业学院 毕 业 论 文 摘 要 当今时代，世界的政治、经济、技术发生了前所未有的巨大变化，经济全球化、信息化、知识化及规模化使企业的竞争环境和发展规模发生了深刻变化，竞争进入白热化状态。企业只有不断地降低成本，推出更具个性化的产品，更加敏捷地获取生产信息和市场信息，才能置身于国际大舞台，参与国际竞争。在这种激烈的竞争环境下，企业为了生产和发展，纷纷引进和建立了企业资源计划(ERP)，来管理企业的物流、资金流和信息流，以规范和再塑企业流程，提高运营绩效和增强市场竞争力。现阶段，企业信息化建设的一个重点是利用企业资源计划系统ERP（Enterprise Resource Planning）实现企业资源管理信息化如何在供需价值链中找准自己的最佳定位，如何提高企业自身和虚拟产业链的核心竞争力，将足现代企业竞争的主题。 关键词：ERP，应用状况，需求分析 Abstract In todaysera,the worlds political economic, technological happened unprecedented change, economic globalization, information, knowledge and scale to make the competitive environment and the development scale enterprises has undergone profound changes , the competition is heating up state. Only companies continue to reduce costs , the introduction of more personalized products, more agile access to production and market information , before exposure to the international stage , to participate in international competition. In this competitive environment , and the development of enterprises in order to produce , have the introduction and establishment of the enterprise resource planning (ERP), to manage the business of logistics, capital flow and information flow to regulate and remodeling business processes and improve operational performance and enhance market competitiveness . At this stage, a key enterprise information construction is the use of enterprise resource planning system ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) enterprise resource management information. How to identify the demand and supply value chain in their best position, how to improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise itself and the virtual chain , will foot the modern enterprise competition theme. This article first introduces the concept of ERP and the present situation of ERP development in our country, and then in ERP implementation in the analysis of existing problems, and put forward further proposals and finally analyzes the development trend of ERP in the future.
