基础工业工程课程设计简介 蜗轮蜗杆减速器装配工作研究 姓名： 学号： 班级： 摘要 工业工程（简称IE）是应用科学及社会学的知识，以合理化、舒适化的途径来改善我们的生活品质，提高生产力，增进公司利润，使公司能长期发展。本设计为蜗旋蜗杆减速器装配工作研究。工作研究运用系统分析的方法，将工作中不经济、不合理的、混乱的因素排除掉，寻求更好、更容易的工作方法，以提高系统的生产率。首先，通过对减速器装配过程及配置方法的调查，记录所需时间及工艺流程。进行程序分析、操作分析、操作作业分析、双手作业分析，进行方法研究，给制图工艺程序图、流程程序图、双手作业图说明目的。最后，进行工作测定的汇总，把已收集的数据运用模特法进行分析研究，确定正常时间和宽放时间，制定减速器装配的标准时间。 关键词：减速器、程序分析、操作分析、作业分析、双手作业分析 Abstract Industrial engineering (IE) is the applied science and sociology of knowledge, to rationalize and comfortable way to improve the quality of our work, to improve the quality of our life, to improve productivity, enhance the company’s profits, which can make the company long-term survival and development of the individual’s future.
