已经工作5年的人通过了初试，进复试时准备的英语自我介绍，相似经历的可以借鉴参考。 Good afternoon, dear professors. I am very honored to be here for your interview. I am XXX, born in XXX City , Guangdong Province. I graduated from XXX Uniersity in June, 2010, and majored in Environment Engineering. In the past five years I worked in Bureau of XXX as a geological report writer. The reports I wrote were about the geological hazard assessment and the geological environment treatment of mines. I applied my knowledge to the real work and learned a lot from my job. However, I think further study is still urgent for me to achieve self-value. Life is precious. It is time to do something for my self-development. That is the first reason I have taken part in the entrance examination of master degree. The second one is I am long for doing research in Marine Geology throughout my life. I have been interested in exploring mineral resources of the ocean all the time, especially in （ xxx专业）. Because I think it is a good way to solve the problem of shortage of energy resources in our country. I suppose this is the most important factor in my decision. Thirdly, I have been deeply impressed by the academic atmosphere when I came here last year. In my opinion, as one of the most famous university in our country, it enjoys years of reputation and it provides people with enough space to get further enrichment . In a word, I am looking forward to making a solid foundation for future profession after three years study here. And now, I am trying my best for obtaining a key to Sun Yat sen University. Besides what I have introduced myself above, I also have many interests in my spare time. I like geological tourism and hill-climbing which can give me a strong body for my further study. I also like English very much and had passed College English Test Band 6, but I do think it’s still a long way to study it. Furthermore, I am fond of learning Japanese and I had passed the level N2 of Japanese language proficiency test in 2014. In
