Southwest university of science and technology 本科毕业设计（论文） 汽车变速拨叉零件的机械加工 工艺与铣夹具设计 学院名称 制造科学与工程学院 专业名称 机械设计制造及其自动化 学生姓名 学号 指导教师 二〇一四年六月汽车变速拨叉零件的机械加工工艺与铣夹具设计 摘要：制造是人类科学理念物化的过程。制造业是国民经济的支柱产业，是国家创造力、竞争力和综合国力的重要体现。它不仅为现代工业社会提供物质基础，也为信息与知识社会提供先进装备和技术平台。本次设计内容涉及了机械设计制造工艺、机床夹具设计、公差配合与测量等多方面的知识。首先对汽车变速拨叉的技术要求、结构特点以及加工工艺过程进行深入的分析,并对其制定了相应的加工工艺流程；其次针对拨叉的端面加工设计了一套铣床用的夹具。加工工艺流程的制定既保证了加工精度又提高了加工效率和生产质量；铣夹具设计的意义是提高了工件的加工质量，降低了生产成本，达到了高效率的生产。 关键词：汽车变速拨叉； 工艺流程； 夹具设计 Mechanical processing and technology of automobile gear shift fork parts Milling fixture design Abstract：Manufacturing is the process of human scientific idea materialized. Manufacturing industry is the pillar industry of the national economy, is the important embodiment of national creativity, competitiveness and overall national strength. It not only provides the material basis for the modern industrial society, but also for the information and knowledge society with advanced equipment and technology platform.This design involves the mechanical design and manufacturing technology, machine tool fixture design, tolerance and measurement and other aspects of knowledge. First carries on the thorough analysis to the automobile transmission fork of the technical requirements, structure and process, and has made the corresponding process; followed by the design of a milling machine fixture for machining fork. Make the process flow not only guarantee the machining accuracy and improve the processing efficiency and product quality; milling fixture design is the significance of improving the processing quality of workpieces, reduce production costs, achieve high efficiency production.
