2017年度供水营业厅人员服务技能竞赛方案 2017年度供水营业厅人员服务技能竞赛方案提要：竞赛项目由营业厅业务实际操作、服务技能测试两部分组成。两项共计100分（满分 2017年度供水营业厅人员服务技能竞赛方案 为深入贯彻供水公司2017年“服务提升年”活动精神，扎实推进“首问负责制”及“服务承诺制”的落实，进一步提升供水窗口服务水平，带动客服员工学业务、精技术、提技能的工作热情，客户服务部供水营业厅结合自身业务特点将在4月下旬开展营业厅业务技能竞赛活动。 　　一、参赛人员 zz、zz营业厅、行政审批中心供水窗口客服人员 共19人 行政服务中心：zz 平桥营业厅：zz 浉河营业厅：zz 二、具体实施步骤 竞赛项目由营业厅业务实际操作、服务技能测试两部分组成。两项共计100分（满分）。 业务实际操作：涉及水费查询、回答用户各类信息等内容，完成后及时报时，由裁判记录完成时间，确定准确度。相同分数以时间短为胜。此项总分为60分。 服务技能测试：采取现场抽查答题的方式，涉及业务基础知识、模拟现场咨询、业务接待、答疑回复等内容，此项总分为40分。 三、比赛内容及规则： 1、实际操作： 参赛选手每人输入20个户号，要求快速、准确查询一遍，写出精确水费；抽出1个户号，要求每位选手写出此户号水费余额、上月用水量、目前表底数、最后一次缴费日期、用水类型、水表口径、最后一次检修时间。以时间和准确度计分（此项60分，错一项扣2分） 2、服务技能测试： （1）随机抽查业务考试题，每位选手1题（此项20分，错一问扣除2分）； （2）现场模拟用户提问关于公司业务方面的问题，要求选手展示客服人员仪容仪表、语气措辞、答复标准等一系列服务规范，展现出供水服务风貌。每位选手1题（此项20分，根据现场实际情况答错一处扣除2分）。 Measures for the routine management of moral education in Middle SchoolsMethod of conventional management of moral education in middle schoolFirst, the guiding ideology:School moral education is an organic whole of the whole education work, always adhere to the school adhere to the moral education, education for this product, and actively promote the quality education, the school building efficient curriculum system of moral education, moral education, improve the sense of attraction and appeal, enhance the moral education work for through and timeliness.
