今天,读了这样一段文字感受颇深:小学教师们!你们最重要的任务,就是构筑一个牢固的知识的地基。这个地基要这样牢固,使得接你们的班级的教师不必再为地基而操心。譬如你正准备教一年级。那就请你看看四年级的教学大纲——首先看语文和数学教学大纲,也要看看五年级的数学教学大纲。请你看看阅读课本里有关历史、自然、地理的教材,再看看四年级的这些学科的教学大纲。请你把这些东西放在一起比较一下。请你想一想,要使学生以后的四年级和五年级顺利地学习,那么他在三年级时应当知道些什么。
在从事体育教育的我,看到这些文字后,体会最深的是我能带给学生怎样的体育知识,让他们真正懂得和学会坚持终身体育。引申而出的是我清楚自己将在今后的教学中在一节又一节的课堂上,要进行各种各样的体育练习,务必使孩子在已有的体育知识上能做到经常复习,反复使用。我还觉得,我可以让学生记住每一个技术动作的学习目的,应用方向、方式。我还必须在教学过程中提醒孩子养成正确的技能、技术形成,减少错误动作的传播。
感悟:古人说“不积细流无以成江江河,不积跬步无以至千里”。体育素养的提高不是朝夕之功,一蹴而就的,它需要一个长期积累的过程。所以,每一个小学老师都要让学生掌握各科的基本功,让学生形成深刻的意识:只有现在不断累积知识,将来才会有取之不尽的能力。
