With an international perspective to examine the development of vocational education in China
Abstract: In recent years, the international professional field of education, there have been some new development trends, such as promoting life-long education, highlighting competency-based, emphasizing education, technology applications and modern enterprise school cooperation, and gradually forming a new type of vocational education the trend of globalization. In comparison, China’s vocational education for various reasons, their development was slowed down trend. To this end, it is necessary the development of vocational education from an international background of the starting macro to clarify understanding of Globalization PCT, analyze problems, and then explore suitable conditions and road towards the development of vocational education options.

1, the international trend in the Development of Vocational Education
In 1987 and 1999, UNESCO in Berlin, Germany and South Korea were held in Seoul, the first - and second session of the International Technical and Vocational Education of the General Assembly that the upcoming 21st century is an era full of opportunities and challenges, its important is characterized by globalization, strengthened, and competitive pressures intensify, the international boundaries are gradually disappearing, the increased movement of capital and labor, and calls upon the reform of vocational education.
