Abstract
Vascularabnormalityoftheintestineisrare,exceptangiodysplasia.Wereportonanunusualcaseofatypicalflorid
vascularproliferationsoftheappendix.A41-yearoldmalepresentedwithmelena.Adhesionedbloodclotsinthe
appendicealorificewereobservedbycolonoscopy.Heunderwentlaparoscopicappendectomy.Microscopically,a
tinyexophyticpolypoidmasswasobserved.Themassshowedpyogenicgranuloma-likefeaturesinthesuperficial
