expressionvector,pHFGE-1.TheperformanceofpHFGE-1wascomparedwiththatofthewidelyusedpG-1
transformantvector.H.fabianiiJ640(HF-TAMY)cellsweretransformedwithpHFGE-1,andSaccharomycescerevisiae
