Analgesicandanestheticdrugsmayhaveanimpactontheresultsachievedfromanimalexperiments.In
thestudypresentedhere,wetrytoenlightenwhetheranesthesiawithfentanyl/fluniasoneandmidazolam
(HypnormandDormicum) hasaninfluence onmeasurements ofhemoglobin inmice.Inacross-over
study,wehavecomparedhemoglobinlevelsintwogroupsofmice:anesthetizedversusnon-anesthetized
and found significant decrease in hemoglobin levels in the anesthetized group (pG0.05) unrelated
