东新赣江特大桥钢桁梁桥整体节点制造工艺 杨汉桥 文章编号 ：1003—4722(2010)04—0081—03 东新赣江特大桥钢桁梁桥整体节点制造工艺 杨 汉桥 (武桥重工集团股份有 限公司，湖北 武汉 430056) 摘 要：东新赣江特大桥主桥为 (126+196+126)m下承 式连续钢桁梁桥 ，主桁上、下弦杆设 计为焊接整体节点。该桥整体 节点采用后孔法制造 ，其主要制造流程 为：钢板进厂后进行预 处理 ， 精密切割下料并预 留余量，采用机械加工的方式对焊接边进行铣边和开坡 口，在专用胎架或平台上 进行拼装、焊接和划 系统线，先使 用覆盖式整体样板钻制杆件腹板上的螺栓孔，然后使 用局部 定位 样板组装横梁接头板 。制造过程中主要控制措施包括焊接质量 、构件外形尺寸精度和 高强螺栓孔 精度控制 3个方面。实践证明，该桥整体节点制造工艺科学合理 ，质量满足设计和相关规范的要求。 关键词 ：东新赣 江特大桥 ；钢桥 ；钢桁梁；整体节点；制造工艺；桥梁施工 中图分类号 ：U445．4；U448．36 文献标志码：A M anufacturingW orkmanship forIntegralPanelPointsofSteel TrussGirderBridgeofDongxinGanjiangRiverBridge YANG Han—qiao (WuhanBridgeHeavyIndustriesGroupCo．，Ltd．，W uhan430056，China) Abstract：ThemainbridgeofDongxinGanjiangRiverBridgeisacontinuousthroughsteel trussgirderbridgewithspanarrangement(126+ 196+ 126)m．Thepanelpointsattheupperand lowerchordsofthemaintrussofthebridgeweredesignedastheweldedintegralpanelpointsthat weremanufacturedbythemethodofdrillingholesinthepanelpointslate．Theprinciplemanu— facturingprocessofthepanelpointswasthatthesteelplateswerepre—handledaftertheplates weredeliveredtotheworkshop，theplateswerepreciselycutandthenecessarysurplusamounts werereserved，the edgestobeweldedweremilledand groovedbymechanicalprocessing，the plateswereassembled，weldedandthesystem lineswereloftedonthespecialassemblyjigor platform，theboltholesinthewebsofthememberswerefirstlydrilledbythecoveringtypeinte— graltemplatesandthentheconnectionplatesofcrossbeamswereassembledbythelocalpositio- ningtemplates．Theprincipalcontrolmeasurestakeninthemanufacturingincludedthoseforthe weldingquality，precisionofouterdimensionsofthemembersandprecisionoftheholesforhigh— strength bolts． Practiceproved thattheworkmanship formanufacturing ofthei
