Human-inducedclimatechangewillaffectthelivesofmostpopulationsinthenextdecadeandbeyond.Itwill
havegreatest,andgenerallyearliest,impactonthepoorestandmostdisadvantagedpopulationsontheplanet.
Changesinclimaticconditionsandincreasesinweathervariabilityaffecthumanwellbeing,safety,healthand
survivalinmanyways.Someimpactsaredirect-actingandimmediate,suchasimpairedfoodyieldsandstorm
