适用范围适用于公司各部门对顾客投诉的处理工作。
职责
管理策划部负责公司级的投诉处理,并定期对投诉情况进行检查总结,提出持续改进措施。住户服务中心事务组负责住户服务中心级的投诉处理。
办公室和住户服务中心负责人负责对投诉处理情况的回访。
工作程序:
顾客投诉接待
客服主管负责顾客的来电、来访、来函的接待,并记录相关内容,填写《顾客信息记录表》。
顾客投诉处理
属于顾客投诉的,客服主管负责填写《顾客投诉处理表》,并对投诉事项进行调查,经调查属有效投诉,应限定处理时限,组织安排相关人员处理,并将处理情况填写在《顾客投诉处理表》中。
涉及重大投诉,客服主管不能处理的,填写完《顾客投诉处理表》后,根据具体安排,报分管领导审阅后,由经理做出处理决定。
顾客投诉回访
由客服主管对投诉处理情况进行回访,并将回访情况填写在《顾客投诉处理表》中。回访完毕后将《顾客投诉处理表》存档。
