However in the reality, equity does not mean the equality most of the time and sometimes even contrary to each other, and it also means the different meaning of these two words is so important. In the practice in society, when equity and equality cannot be co-existed, which one can we properly choose? How can we make the difference? How can we make the real justice by using or choosing these words in language? This research is to get people more knowledge of society and get people better understanding of practice and they can learn more about law. There are many researchers who have done something about equity and equality in various aspects like education, woman rights, etc..
