乳腺癌治疗策略与HER-2过表达的关系 李洪州，陆佩知，薛寒，任洪军 宿迁市分金亭医院集团肿瘤医院（223900） 第一作者简介：李洪州 出生：1980年05月 学历：硕士研究生 【摘要】目的：探讨乳腺癌中的HER- 2的表达及意义，研究患者的腋窝淋巴结转移、T NM 分期、组织学类型、PR和ER间的关系以及HER-2 过度表达的药物治疗策略。方法：选择我院2008年5月至2012年5月收治的确诊为乳腺癌的患者84例，医院对这84例患者进行了检查，并将其病情分类，通过应用免疫组化法（SP法）对其进行检测，将其检测的结果与正常乳腺组织的样本进行对照。结果：乳腺癌患者乳腺组织内的HER-2因子受体要高于正常的乳腺组织，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)，患者乳腺癌组织中HER-2受体的表达与其TNM分期、组织学类型无关（P值分别为：0.256、0.157）。结论：HER-2在标识乳腺癌的发生发展中起关键作用，对该因子的监控可以更好的为乳腺癌患者的诊断、治疗提供依据，并且该检测指标可以为靶向治疗、内分泌、化疗提供依据。 关键词：乳腺癌；表皮生长因子受体-2；药物治疗 Abstract Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of HER-2 breast cancer factors, the study of patients with axillary lymph node metastasis, T NM staging, histological type, the relationship between PR and ER and HER-2 overexpression medicationstrategy. Methods: diagnosed 84 cases of breast cancer patients, the hospital of these 84 patients were examined and treated in our hospital from May 2008 to May 2012 and its condition classification by applying immunohistochemical method (SP method ) detects it and its detection result is compared with a sample of normal breast tissue. Results: HER-2 in patients with breast cancer within the breast tissue factor receptor is higher than normal breast tissue, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05) in patients with gastric cancer tissue factor receptor HER-2 expression and its TNM staging , histological type (P values ??were: 0.256,0.157).
