At the same time, on this basis, it uses the echelon regression method to describe changes in trends of the marginal propensity to consume of provinces on Chinas urban residents in the empirical analysis, we found the marginal propensity to consume of the vast majority of provinces and municipalities of Chinas urban residents are diminishing, and makes the comparison of provincial to draw the differences of MPC of provinces, and analyses the reasons of changes in trends in marginal propensity to consume and differences, then it puts forward to corresponding count
