微笑大使评选制度 微笑大使评选制度 吴地人家，无限关怀！秉承快乐工作、快乐生活的原则，特制订以下微笑大使评选制度 一、参选人员 1、楼面部预订员、领位员、服务员、传菜员。 二、微笑大使参选资格 1、工作时间满1个月，无客户投诉记录。 2、当月无旷工、无工伤者、无违纪处分记录。 三、微笑大使名额 1、楼面部服务员和传菜员里通过投票唱票形势产生1名微笑大使。 四、微笑大使评选方式 1、以公平公正公开的原则认真对待，以投票的得票数最多者，评出月度微笑大使。 2、由楼面部预订员、领位员、服务员、传菜员、领班、经理参与投票产生。 五、投票规则 1、2轮投票3进1的形势，参与投票人员通过第1轮投票选出得票数最多的前3名，参与投票人员通过第2轮投票决胜出票数最多者为被选人员。 2、第1轮投票可以投自己，第2轮投票的前3名不参与投票。 3、当前3名第一次投票得票数等同时，可并列进入第2轮被投票，如第2轮投票仍有 得票数等同时需进行第3轮投票，直至决胜出第1名。 六、评选相关要求及操作流程 1、楼面部在每月的员工大会前一天，依据上述相关规定评选出微笑大使。 2、人事部将优秀员工评选结果及资料整理存档，做为晋升和加薪的参考依据。 3、由人事部在结果公布后的2天内完成优秀员工的拍照、照片冲洗、员工天地张贴事宜。 七、奖励方式 1、月度微笑大使奖励100元。 2、员工大会颁发优秀员工荣誉证书、配发微笑大使胸牌。 3、连续3次评选为月度微笑大使，从下月起调涨月薪。 4、荣登员工天地英雄榜（由人事部在员工大会后2天内完成拍照、冲印、张贴） create a good atmosphere for education, and to promote the all-round development of students, to establish a scientific moral education full of vigor the For long-term mechanism.Two, the goal of moral education:To guide the students to form the correct world outlook, outlook on life, values, to cultivate students unity and mutual assistance, honest and trustworthy, law-abiding, good quality, hard work, set a good XX students ideological quality, psychological quality and image quality.
