文体活动组织管理办法 文体活动组织管理办法 为了丰富职工业余文化生活，提升文体活动层次和品位，将企业文化精髓渗透到经营管理的各个层面，不断增进团队意识和凝聚力，制定本办法。 本管理办法适用于公司全体员工。 公司的各项文体活动统一由党工部策划组织，各类节目以健康向上、展示职工精神风貌和企业文化精神为目标，主要职责有： 1、编制文体活动年度计划。 2、负责活动时间、活动场所及活动项目的策划布置。 3、负责活动项目的经费审批。 4、负责采购、保管活动器材和物品。 5、参赛奖品的提议及购置。 6、制作活动专栏、影像。 根据文体活动的需要，人力资源部和综合管理部相关人员应积极协助各种活动的组织管理工作。 大型文体活动主要放在每年的元旦、春节、元宵、“三八”、“七一”、国庆、圣诞等重大节假日前后，日常文体活动每季度不少于两次。随着活动的深入开展，结合公司实际，应逐步增加活动项目和频率。 各种文体活动设在公司五楼会议室、活动室及办公楼北侧场地。 各种文体活动内容要求健康向上，形式要求多种多样，如知识竞赛、歌咏比赛、舞蹈、棋牌、球类、益智类、娱乐类等，同时要紧扣时代脉搏，推陈出新，场面欢快热烈、井然有序。 活动遵循公开、公正、公平及人性化的原则，重点强调职工之间的“友谊第一、比赛第二”，充分利用业余时间开展，不得影响正常的工作。 在组织好、记录好每次活动的同时，要求把活动内容进行拍照、存档，并举办展览，进行宣传。 文体活动组织者要严密组织，分工协作，精心实施，和参与者之间相互配合，保障活动各环节的顺利完成。 本管理办法自二〇一一年十月一日起实施。 create a good atmosphere for education, and to promote the all-round development of students, to establish a scientific moral education full of vigor the For long-term mechanism.Two, the goal of moral education:To guide the students to form the correct world outlook, outlook on life, values, to cultivate students unity and mutual assistance, honest and trustworthy, law-abiding, good quality, hard work, set a good XX students ideological quality, psychological quality and image quality.
