校本课程实施的学习体会 校本课程的探索和研究构成了基础教育的新模式。要我们一下子自己写纲要、编教材、搞开发，有些无从下手。因此，在实施学校课程时，除了对学校、学生的需求和多方现有资源进行系统评估了解外，还要做到以下三个注重： 注重理论导航，通过讲座、学习班等，提高对学校课程的认识和理解，为老师们揭开校本课程的“神秘面纱”，帮助老师们做好必备的理论积奠。 注重人文关怀，消除实施校本课程“繁、难、杂”的心理障碍。通过情感交流，和一线的老师们多沟通，努力激发他们的热情，树起他们的信心。让老师们的个性特长在学校课程中绽放光彩。 注重身体力行，校本课程集中体现学校的办学特色，是最终促进学校发展和学生成长的“希望工程”。所以，实施校本课程是一线老师们的事，更是学校的事、行政的事。因此，在实施过程中，行政人员既是一个引导者、指导者，更应该是一个同行者。要蹲下来，与老师们潜心研究，及时了解需求，努力解决困惑，让学校课程在大家的努力下顺利进行。 另外，在实施之前，还要做好三方面的充分准备：#9312;学校要提供充分的场地设备及相应的电教、电脑设备等。#9313;老师为该学科课程准备的经多方查寻而获得的信息资料和良好心理状态的调整。#9314;学生也要做好充分的准备。如：乒乓球班的孩子要注意带好球拍、球等实践工具；美术班的学生要带好美术工具等。 总之，要尽力做到胸有成竹，切不可临阵磨刀。与此同时，实施校本课程的班容要适中，人数控制在25—35人最为适宜。在课时内容安排上要注重小起步，稳步走，前后衔接，但不必过于追求完整、系统，只要让学生有所学、有所得，这才是最关键的。 create a good atmosphere for education, and to promote the all-round development of students, to establish a scientific moral education full of vigor the For long-term mechanism.Two, the goal of moral education:To guide the students to form the correct world outlook, outlook on life, values, to cultivate students unity and mutual assistance, honest and trustworthy, law-abiding, good quality, hard work, set a good XX students ideological quality, psychological quality and image quality.
