数学教学工作总结与反思 数学教学工作总结与反思 每个星期只有三节数学理课，基本上都是在下午。今天下午的数学课，弦孩子们没多大的精神，有点犯困。为了给他们钼一点小小的激励，我跟他们说：“谁先完成老婊师布置的练习就可以先出去玩了，并且第一次⒓过关一百分，还有50元班币奖励。”这下孩艴子可精神了，谁不想拿班币和出去玩啊？今天讲的是多位数加减法的竖式计算（十万以内）汕，要注意的细节问题比较多，包括：数位对齐撵、加法进位、减法退位，书写规范等。因为以插前已经学过简单的加减法竖式计算，这一次只缨是数位较多，加深难度而已，所以我只是简单∨地讲解了两道例题之后就让孩子们实操了。不┆做不知道，0的退位较难一点，只能重新再给孩子们讲解一遍：减法从个位开始哀减，碰到不够减的怎么办？要向隔壁家（十位导）借一，十位不够减向百位借一，以此类推；佳借一回到自己家就变成十之后再减，那么借了耥一给别人的数字要带上帽子，这样我们一看就帛知道是谁把一借出去了，用剩下的再减就不会鹗错啦。通过再讲解了几道题，发现孩子们终于碰都恍然大悟了，当堂检测了几个孩子，都可以螃过关，这下可以让孩子们小组合作完成练习了冶 今天数学课，孩子们开咙始的错误率高，到最后完成得慢，我应该好好搜反思。在知识上过度得太快了，孩子们一下子俚反应不过来，导致一部分孩子跟不上节奏，反ㄢ而最后还要花更多的时间在辅导后进生身上，低以后好好总结，不断完善自己的教学准备！ create a good atmosphere for education, and to promote the all-round development of students, to establish a scientific moral education full of vigor the For long-term mechanism.Two, the goal of moral education:To guide the students to form the correct world outlook, outlook on life, values, to cultivate students unity and mutual assistance, honest and trustworthy, law-abiding, good quality, hard work, set a good XX students ideological quality, psychological quality and image quality.
