Objective 目标： All associates shall master chemical usage and dosage. 所有员工正确掌握各种清洁剂的用途和用量。 A: Policy 政策 All associates can amount guard after get chemical training. 所有员工必须通过清洁剂的培训后方可上岗工作。B: Procedure 程序 Correct chemical usage and dosage is one main part of the training work. This training shall be kept the record. 清洁剂的正确使用和用途将作为员工在实际工作培训中的重要组成部分，并且此项培训将做好详尽的培训记录。 Whether new associates can use the chemical correctly will be one of the main examinations during their probation period. 清洁剂能否正确使用将做为新员工通过试用期的主要考核范围之一。 Each chemical pot shall be marked with English Chinese chemical name. 每种清洁剂喷壶上面需要用中英文注明清洁剂的名称。 Workshop in each floor shall be posted with some emergent case .the case can reflect the fact that chemical is harmful for people because of the wrong usage. 每层楼工作间需要张贴一些清洁剂使用不当对人体造成伤害的常见应急案例 Any harm is found when using, associate shall inform to the manager and take some method. 员工在使用清洁剂过程中如果由于使用不当对人体造成伤害应马上向管理层汇报并及时采取应急处理措施 All chemical shall be collected and stored, as for the chemical that has fire and security hidden trouble such as dry washing oil, alcohol shall be stored separately. Specialized store place and facilities shall be supplied. 所有清洁剂将严格执行集中存放，并对存在消防和安全隐患的清洁剂如，干洗油，酒精等将分开并提供专门的存放地方和用具。 The corrosive chemical such as strong acid shall be kept and monitored by supervisor.
