Abstract: A t hree dimensional sim ulat ion m odel of t he diesel engine int ake po rt w as developed and
flo w calculat ions of t he st eady port f low abilit y at dif ferent high po rt pressur e drop w ere inv est ig ated. Result s
show that t he steady flow coeff icient o f t he port decreases obviou sly at hig h port pressure drop. T he analysis
result s of t he t hree dimensional f low f ield of t he int ake port show that t he decrease of t he ef f ective port f low
ar ea resulted f rom t he v ort ex flow and uneven flo w velocit y are t he main r easons result ing in t he decrease o f
the f low coef ficient.
: 建立了某柴油机进气道复杂三维流动稳态仿真模型, 利用仿真方法研究了高压差
( 大于50 kPa 增压柴油机进气道流通特性结果表明, 对比常规低压差 气道稳流试验和
仿真分析结果, 高压差 该型进气道无因次流通系数明显降低通过进气道三维流场分析, 发
现进气道内分离旋涡流动和流速分布不均引起高压差 气道有效流通面积减小是无因次流通
系数降低的主要原因
