山东交通学院 《国际》课程设计 题目： 院(系)别　 交通与物流工程系 专 业　 国际航运管理 班 级　 国航072 学 号　 070518207 姓 名　 范传超 指导教师　 张丽彩姜华 山东交通学院教务处 二○一○年月 摘要随着社会经济的飞速发展，铁路货运代理企业，经过几年的经营，虽然已经在努力向物流行业靠拢，但只是现代物流发展的初级形态，大部分货代企业的经营远远不能适应当前市场经济发展的要求。随着WTO的逐步深入，来自国内、国际的竞争越来越激烈，也更突显其存在的一系列问题。从铁路货代业目前开展的物流服务情况来看，铁路贷代业对如何拓展现代物流还没有一个系统的、长远的发展规划，资源没有得到有效的整合和很好的利用，铁路货代业的发展还有很大的空间和潜力。为此，迫切需要针对铁路货代企业的实际，运用系统论方法和现代物流理论进行具有现实意义的研究，为铁路货代企业向第三方物流企业发展提供决策依据。本文研究了中外物流及现代物流的发展理论，讨论了第三方物流的内涵、意义、作用以及企业优势。由于受主客观条件的限制，铁路货代业向第三方物流的发展必然是“渐进发展”的方式，提出了内部扩张和外部联盟为主的几种具体运作模式，以及不同时期具体运作模式的选择方式，试图为铁路货代业向第三方物流发展提供可以参考的形式，以利于铁路货代业的长远发展，增强其在市场中的核心竞争能力。关键词：铁路货代业第三方物流发展规划运作模式 Abstract With the rapid socio-economic development of the railway freight forwarding company, after several years of operation, although efforts have been made closer to the logistics industry, but only the primary forms of modern logistics development, most of the freight forwarding business enterprises can not adapt to the current market economy development.
