一种闭环设计的IEC 61850一致性测试系统 郑永康1，魏博渊1，张云华2，刘明忠1，蔡骥然1，高磊3，卜强生3 （1.国网四川省电力公司电力科学研究院，成都 610000；2.许继电气股份有限公司，河南 许昌 461000; 3. 国网江苏省电力公司电力科学研究院，南京 210000） 摘要：随着智能变电站在国内的普及，智能变电站的IEC 61850一致性测试作为保证智能设备互操作性的重要手段，其地位愈发重要。针对目前智能变电站IEC 61850一致性测试操作繁琐，缺乏自动闭环测试的问题，本文提出了一种闭环设计的IEC 61850一致性测试系统，并对一致性测试系统的软件平台和硬件平台进行了设计，提出了系统的实现方法。该方法通过程序自动判别测试用例，从而减少了测试中的人工干预，提高了一致性测试的执行效率并加强了测试的可靠度和严谨性。此外，通过开放性的算例平台，向用户提供了自定义算例接口，可根据实际需要自行添加和修改测试算例，提高了测试的适应性和兼容性，为相关一致性测试工作提供了新的思路和参考。 关键词：智能变电站；一致性测试；IEC 61850；闭环测试 中图分类号: TM71 文献标识码：B 文章编号：1001-1390（2016）00-0000-00 A closed-loop conformance testing system of IEC 61850 Zheng Yongkang1, Wei Boyuan1, Zhang Yunhua2, Liu Mingzhong1, Cai Jiran1, Gao Lei3, Bu Qiangsheng3 (1. Electric Power Research Institute of Jiangsu Electric Power Co., Ltd., Nanjing 210000, China) Abstract: With the development of smart substation in China, it becomes more and more important because that the conformance testing of IEC 61850 is used to guarantee the interoperability of smart electric device. In view of the current smart substation IEC 61850 conformance testing can not form a closed loop, which led to the lacking of comprehensive and integrity, a closed-loop conformance testing system of IEC 61850 was proposed in this paper, both the software and hardware platforms were designed to illustrate the implement method of the testing system. Artificial intervention was eliminated by using the automatic judging program, so as to enhance the efficiency and consistency of the testing system. Besides, the user-defined calculation example was introduced to form an opened example platform, which can allow users to modify and add the testing example with actual use, which improvd the flexibility and offered a reference to related engineering practice.
