An stomatologic case database was established by collecting as more as possible detailed informa- tion of clinical patients. Clinical cases were chosen to apply in the teaching of medical students , the train- ing of house staff and the refresher doctor百， and so on. Clinical cases database make it possible to use clini- cal typical cases in experiment anytime anywhere. Selecting typical cases and using them in experiment teaching has a great significance in enhancing the teaching effectiveness and learning interest , and develo- ping the students logical thinking skills.
