护理管理 Huliguanli 《中国医学创新》第 13 卷 第 34 期（总第 388 期）2016 年 12月 非急诊科护士临床急救能力测评问卷的初步 研制 ① ② ① ① 张绍果 赵浚竹 杨辉 石美霞 【摘要】 目的： 科学研制适合我国非急诊科护士临床急救能力的测评问卷，为我国非急诊科护士临 床急救能力水平的评估提供测评工具。方法：通过文献查阅法、开放性问卷调查法、半结构式访谈法初 步确立咨询问卷各维度及条目池，采用德尔菲法最终确定测评问卷内容。结果：两轮咨询专家的积极程 度（两轮专家咨询表回收率分别为 93.33%、100%，有效回收率均为 100%）、专家权威程度（权威系数 Cr=0.90）、专家意见的集中程度、协调程度均较高（各维度及条目的变异系数均 0.25），按照专家咨询 的建议和意见，初步形成了包含 5 个一级维度、16 个次级维度共 28 个条目的测评问卷。结论：该问卷 可靠性较高，操作简便易行，可以应用于非急诊科护士临床急救能力的测评。 【关键词】非急诊科； 临床急救能力； 测评问卷 A Preliminary Study on the Review Questionnaire of Clinical Emergency Ability of Non Emergency Department Nurses/ZHANG Shao-guo，ZHAO Jun-zhu，YANG Hui，et al.//Medical Innovation of China，2016，13（34）：092-095 【Abstract】 Objective：To research an evaluation questionnaire which is suitable non emergency department nurses clinical emergency ability， supplying a tool for our country non emergency department nurses clinical emergency ability level evaluation.Method：By means of literature review，open questionnaire survey and semi- structured interviews were used to establish the questionnaire of each dimension and the item pool，the content of the questionnaire was finally determined by Delphi method.Result：The degree of positive two rounds of consultation experts （two rounds of expert consultation table recovery rate were respectively 93.33% and 100%，the effective recovery rate was 100%），degree of expert authority （authority coefficient Cr=0.90），concentration of expert opinion and the coordination degree are higher （the dimensions and variation coefficient were 0.25），according to expert advice and suggestions preliminary opinions，including the formation of 5 dimensions and 16 sub dimensions of a total of 28 items questionnaire.Conclusion：The questionnaire has high reliability and it is easy to operate，can be applied to the evaluation of clinical emergency ability of non emergency depart
