老年患者消化道肿瘤实施中西医治疗围手术期的护理 摘要：目的：探究老年患者消化道肿瘤实施中西医治疗围手术期的护理。方法：选取我院2007年10月-2009年8月收治的110例老年消化道肿瘤患者实施中西医结合治疗，进行围手术期肠内营养支持、心理干预、针灸等全面护理，观察术前和术后患者精神状态、生活质量等指标，探讨合理护理方案。结果：治疗后患者体重、白蛋白、总蛋白、前白蛋白含量均见增高，生活质量及精神状态明显改善，且并发症率仅为2.7%，治疗效果较好。结论：行中西医手术治疗并在围手术期进行肠内营养支持、心理干预、针灸等全面护理能有效改善患者症状，对老年患者的免疫水平、生活质量及精神状态均有良好的提升，应重视围手术期护理并不断探究合理的护理方式。 关键词：老年，消化道肿瘤，中西医治疗，围手术期，护理 Elderly patients with gastrointestinal tumors in the implementation of Western medicine treatment of peri operation nursing Abstract: Objective: To explore the elderly patients of digestive tract tumor in the implementation of Western medicine treatment of peri operation nursing. Methods: in our hospital from 2007October -2009 year in August110 cases of elderly patients with gastrointestinal cancer treated by Integrative Chinese and Western medicine for implementation, peri operation period of enteral nutrition support, psychological intervention, acupuncture and other comprehensive nursing, observation of preoperative and postoperative patients mental state, quality of life index, discuss the reasonable nursing program. Results: after treatment of patients with body weight, serum albumin, total protein, prealbumin levels were increased, the quality of life and mental status improved significantly, and the complication rate is only 2.7%, the treatment effect is good. Conclusion: the traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine treatment and operation line in peri operation period for enteral nutrition support, psychological intervention, acupuncture and other comprehensive nursing can effectively improve the symptoms of the patients, elderly patients on immune level, quality of life and mental state have good promotion, attention should be paid to surround operation period nursing and constantly explore the reasonable nursing mode.
