第六十七条 新闻、出版、广播、电影、电视等单位有进行安全生产宣传教育的义务，有对违反安全生产法律、法规的行为进行舆论监督的权利。Article 67 The entities such as news agency, publication, broadcasting, movie and television, etc. shall be under the obligation of the publicity and education of production safety, and shall have the right to conduct supervision by public opinions over the acts violating the statutory provisions concerning production safety.第五章 生产安全事故的应急救援与调查处理Chapter V Emergency Rescue, Investigation and Handling of Production Safety Accidents第六十八条 县级以上地方各级人民政府应当组织有关部门制定本行政区域内特大生产安全事故应急救援预案，建立应急救援体系。Article 68 The peoples governments on the county level and above shall organize relevant departments to formulate emergency rescue plans for the especially serious production safety accidents within their respective administrative jurisdictions, and establish their own systems of emergency rescue.第六十九条 危险物品的生产、经营、储存单位以及矿山、建筑施工单位应当建立应急救援组织；Article 69 The entities that produce, manage or store hazardous substances as well as the mining and construction building entities shall establish emergency rescue organizations. 生产经营规模较小，可以不建立应急救援组织的，应当指定兼职的应急救援人员。If a production and business operation is small in scale, it may designate part-time emergency rescue persons instead of establishing emergency rescue organizations.危险物品的生产、经营、储存单位以及矿山、建筑施工单位应当配备必要的应急救援器材、设备，并进行经常性维护、保养，保证正常运转。The entities that produce, manage or store hazardous substances as well as the mining and construction building entities shall be equipped with necessary rescue apparatuses and equipments which shall be serviced and maintained regularly so as to ensure their normal operation.第七十条 生产经营单位发生生产安全事故后，事故现场有关人员应当立即报告本单位负责人。Article 70 When a production safety accident occurs to a production and business operation entity, the relevant persons at the spot of the accident shall report to the persons-in-charge of the entity immediately.单位负责人接到事故报告后，应当迅速采取有效措施，组织抢救，防止事故扩大，减少人员伤亡和财产损失，并按照国家有关规定立即如实报告当地负有安全生产监督管理职责的部门，不得隐瞒不报、谎报或者拖延不报，不得故意破坏事故现场、毁灭有关证据。The persons-in-ch
