成人淋球菌感染2446例诊治体会 作者：张战宏,魏秀丽,拓志勇,邵林海,郝积昌 【摘要】 目的 本文旨在 分析 研究 提高淋球菌感染的诊治水平。 方法 总结 2446例成人淋球菌感染的诊治经验。结果 A组、B组 治疗 中途终止，性伴未治疗的23例，症状消失1～2个月复发，二次治愈。坚持规范治疗者全部复查淋球菌阴性。C、D两组2056例（84.3％），用头孢三嗪或大观霉素足量于尿道前列腺囊封闭，见效快，消灭淋菌彻底。结论 成人淋球菌感染好发年龄19～28岁，男性多，早期就诊者184例（7.5％），大多数不及时到 医院 治疗。所有感染者均有不洁性交史，查出淋球菌。治疗首选头孢曲松、大观霉素，及时足量做前列腺、尿道局部封闭，疗效优越。内服四环素、阿奇霉素治疗衣原体。 【关键词】 淋球菌感染；诊断；治疗 Comprehension of diagnosis and treatment of 2446 cases of gonococcus infection in adult ［Abstract］ Objective To improve the diagnosis and treatment level of gonococcus infection.Methods To sum up the diagnosis and treatment experience of 2446 cases of gonococcus infection in adult.Results In group A and group B,23 cases stopped treatment midway or the cases whose sex companion didn’t adopt treatment. The diseases relapsed after symptom had disappeared for 1 to 2 months and was cured at second time.Retesting gonococcus were all negative in the cases adopted regular treatment.There were 2056 cases （84.3%） in group C and group D.Injecting enough ceftriaxone or speetinomycin to urethral and prostate capsule could cure fast and kill gonococcus completely.Conclusion Gonococcus infection of adult often takes place from the age of 19 to 28 years old.Most of patients are male.In the study,only 184 cases （7.5%） who saw a doctor at early time.Most cases didn’t see a doctor in time.All the cases had the history of unclear sex and were found out gonococcus.The first treatment is injecting enough ceftriaxone or spectinomycin to urethral and prostate capsule.The effect of treatment is good.Taking azithromycin and tetracycline can treat chlamydia trachomatis infection. ［Key words］ gonococcus infection;diagnosis;treatment 淋病在性传播疾病中发病最为普遍。诊治不当严重危害人类健康。我院自1984年1月～2003年12月治疗成人淋球菌感染2446例。现总结报告如下。 1 资料与方法 1.1 一般资料 本组2446例，门诊2420例，住院26例。男1972例，女474例，男女比例4.16∶1；年龄16～68岁，平均34岁，19～28岁1664例，占68.0％。发病24 h以内就医184例（7.5％）。尿道流脓、疼痛2～7天来院1688例，占69.0％，余574例发病自购药物或到附近诊所治疗2周～2个月不愈才来院，经尿道前列腺液涂片或宫颈脓性白带培养出淋球菌，开始规范治疗。诊断：（1）有不洁性交史；（2）男性：尿道脓性分泌物、尿痛、排
