沙苑子调节小鼠免疫功能作用的实验研究 关键词：沙苑 【摘要】 目的 探讨沙苑子及其复方制剂对小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。 方法 二级昆明小鼠174只，雌雄各半，体重18～22g，随机分3组。用沙苑子及其复方制剂给小鼠灌胃15d后活杀，用称重法测量脏器系数；用足跖厚度增加法评价细胞免疫功能；用溶血空斑法评价体液免疫功能；用腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞的方法评价巨噬细胞吞噬功能。结果 沙苑子能明显提高小鼠DTH反应程度；巨噬细胞吞噬功能明显增强；溶血空斑数明显增多；白细胞介素-1、6、8(IL-1、6、8)水平增高，与对照组比较具有显著的统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 沙苑子具有调节小鼠免疫功能的作用。 【关键词】 沙苑子；免疫功能；小鼠 The effect of flatstem milkvetch seed and its compound preparation on regulation of immunological function of mice 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of flatstem milkvetch seed and its compound preparation on the regulation of immunological function of mice.Methods One hundred seventy four of second order Kunming mice(wEight 18～22g)，male and female each occupying one half，were randomly divided into three groups.All the mice were sacrificed after they had been given flatstem milkvetch seed and its compound preparation in intragastric administration for fifteen days.The organ’s index of mice was calculated by determining the organ’s wEIght and the cell immunity were evaluated by determining the thickening of pedis.Hemolytic plaque test was used to appraise humoral immunity，and peritoneal macrophage swallowing chicken red blood cell test was used to appraise the phagocytes function.Results Compared with the control group，the DTH reaction and phagocytes function were improved obviously(P＜0.05)，and the quantity of hemolytic plaque and the concentration of IL-1，IL-6，IL-8 were increased significantly(P＜0.05) in flatstem milkvetch seed and its compound preparation group.The spleen and thymus index had no statistic difference among all the groups.Conclusion Flatstem milkvetch seed can regulate the immunological function of mice. 【Key words】 flatstem milkvetch seed；immunological function；mice 沙苑子(Semen astragali complanati)为豆科植物扁茎黄芪(Astragulus complanatus R.Br)的干燥成熟种子。 现代 医学 研究 发现，沙苑子含有丰富的硒、铜、铁、锌、锰及脂肪油、鞣质、维生素A等成分，具有养肝明目、强腰健骨、滋润肌肤等功效［1］。笔者通过对实验动物IL-1、6、8，胸腺及脾脏重量指数等免疫指标测定，探讨沙苑子对小鼠调节免疫功能的生物作用。 1 材料与方法 1.1 实验动物 二级昆明小鼠174只，雌雄各半，
