脑卒中后抑郁状态的护理干预 【摘要】 目的　　探讨护理干预对脑卒中后抑郁状态的效果。方法　　将82例脑卒中后抑郁患者随机分为 治疗 组（42例）和对照组（40例）,分别采取整体护理干预措施和常规护理措施进行护理,并在干预前及干预后进行问卷调查。结果　　两组患者抑郁状态于护理后比较差异有显著性（P0.01）。结论　　护理干预的实施,有利于减轻脑卒中患者的抑郁状态,有利于脑卒中患者的治疗、改善预后及提高患者生活质量。 【关键词】 脑卒中;抑郁;护理干预 ［Abstract］　　Objective　　To observe the effect of nursing intervention on patients with the post-stroke depression （PSD）.
