膏体充填开采覆岩稳定性研究与实践.PDF

28 2 Vol.28 No.2 　 2011 06 Journal of Mining Safety Engineering June 2011 　 :1673-3363(2011)02-0279-04 常庆粮, 周华强, 柏建彪, 段昌瑞, 李英伟 (, , 　221116) 　为了研究充填开采顶板岩层的移动规律及影响因素, 在综合分析岩层移动变形基本 征 和充填体的受力 征的基础上, 应用弹性地基梁理论, 建立充填开采顶板岩梁力学模型及其微分 方程, 分析了充填开采顶板岩层移动变形的主要影响因素.结果表明, 充填开采顶板岩层移动影 响因素的主次关系依次为充填前顶底板移近量、充填欠接顶量、充填体压缩率和顶板岩梁所受载 荷.阐明了充填开采控制岩层移动的力学机理, 给出了岩层稳定性判据.最后, 采用朱村矿充填开 采的工程实例证明了该模型的应用效果. 　膏体充填;岩层控制;移动变形;弹性地基梁;绿色开采 　 D 353 　　　A Stability Study and Practice of Overlying Strata with Paste Backfilling CHANG Qing-liang, ZHOU Hua-qiang, BA I Jian-biao, DUAN Chang-rui, Li Ying-wei (School of Mines, State Key Laboratory of Coal Resources and Safe Mining, China University of Mining echnology, Xuzhou, Jiangsu 221116, China) Abstract 　In order to study the movement law of the strata and its influencing factors in paste backfilling, we established a top plate mechanical model and its differential equations with elas- tic foundation beam theory and based on the analysis of the basic characteristics of the deforma- tion procedure of overlying strata and stress characteristics of filled body . he main influence factors of overlying strata movement with filling are analyzed. he results show that the influ- ence factors from major to minor are the unmeet distance to the roof stratum of filled body, the distance previously moved of the strata, the pressed ratio of the filled body, and the load of roof .Stability criterion for the overlying strata is discussed and the mechanism of strata control clarified with paste backfilling.Finally, the applied effect of the models is proved with a practi- cal engineering in Zhucun mine.
