馨滿義竹－新文化慢遊 New Slow-Tour of Yi-Zhu Culture 呂芳川 Lu, Fang-Chuan 南榮科技大學工程科技研究所 Graduate School of Engineering Science and Technology, Nan-Jeon University of Science and Technology 黃玉坤 Huang,Yu-Kun 南榮科技大學工程科技研究所 Graduate School of Engineering Science and Technology, Nan-Jeon University of Science and Technology 余建民 Yu, Chien-Min 南榮科技大學工程科技研究所 Graduate School of Engineering Science and Technology, Nan-Jeon University of Science and Technology 摘要 在全球化的競速時代，生活壓力愈來愈大，逐漸喚醒民眾新生活意識的改革－慢活，帶動休閒「慢遊」的新風潮。義竹鄉推動社區總體營造，榮獲「建國百年清淨家園百大優質鄉鎮」，鄉內光榮社區更獲「總統獎」，埤前社區亦為全國低碳示範社區。義竹擁有農村創新文化，慢遊義竹更能帶著滿滿的故事回家～馨滿義竹～心滿意足。本文藉由數位多媒體技術，以電子書、影片、環場攝影等技術，創意加值與典藏義竹的歷史、人文、古建築等之美，進一步在地理資訊GIS平台上，整合與行銷在地特色（社區「馨」風貌、舊鐵道「馨」風趣、傳統建築「馨」風韻、民俗「馨」風情），以環狀自行車道，勾勒出融入當地人文的「環狀文化休閒綠帶」，重塑義竹地區往日特色，引領居民對社區營造的重視與投入，同時藉由多媒體技術，來輔助發展新型態的空間或形式，營造出義竹的「馨」風華。 關鍵詞：馨滿義竹、慢遊、GIS Abstract To escape from the hustle and bustle of busy life, people are getting more and more aware of the meaning of living a good life, and developing a tendency towards slow travel. In recent years, the Yi-zhu inhabitants have devoted to the community development, hoping to transform this small agricultural village into a cozy tourist attraction. Yi-zhu contains many significant historical sites, which provides visitors a chance of nostalgic exploration and allows their imagination to wander back in time. In addition, Yi-zhu has a newly-built green bike lane, along which visitors can ride bikes, savor the natural rural sights, and relax in a large and tranquil space.　In this paper, Yi-zhu is taken as an empirical study. The digital multi-media technology, such as E-books, films, and photographs are used to help preserve and evolve the rich history and the extraordinary nature of Yi-zhu township. Furthermore, the local tour resources are collected and integrated by GIS techniques to spotlight the features in Yi-zhu, including community landscapes, ancient railway, traditional buildings and folk customs.
