T w o life tests are cond cted to compare the respective effects of drive c rrent and j nction temperat re on the lifetime of 1W pow er LED. C rrentaccelerated prediction and temperat reaccelerated prediction models are introd ced to predict the lifetime nder other conditions w ith different drive c rrent or j nction temperat re. The variation of the photoelectric properties thro gh the experiment is analyzed to find the mechanism of degradation. These res lts can be review ed in the application of LED.
