College of Computer Science Information Engineering, Zhejiang Gongshang University, Hangzhou 310018, China) Abstract:Aiming at coupling iteration existing in product development process, the coupled sets solving model based on hybrid iteration under dynamic environment was established. In this model, the effects of uncertain tasksp dura tions, output embranchments and resource allocation on duration and project cost were considered. At the same time, task rew ork probability matrix and task rew ork w orkload matrix under a resource allocation matrix K were used to determine the execution status of tasks and rew ork w orkloads. Finally, simulation was conducted to compute project duration and cost distribution. Computation results indicated that the uncertainty of resources had a signifi cant impact on both execution time of coupled sets and development cost. As a result, reallocation of resources could reduce the duration and development costs. Key words:hybrid iteration; coupling; dynamic environment; resource allocation matrix; product development
