学兔兔 超大型深水沉井结构分析和设计 肖德存,赵都桓,陆勤丰 47 文章编号:1003—4722(2010)05—0047—03 超大型深水沉井结构分析和设计 肖 存,赵都桓,陆勤丰 (中铁大桥勘测 计院有限公司,湖北 武汉430050) 摘 要:泰州长江公路大桥主桥为三塔悬索桥,中塔采用超大型深水沉井基础。沉井平面采 用倒圆角矩形,高76 m,下部为钢壳混凝土结构,上部为钢筋混凝土结构。结合该桥中塔沉井施工 方法,对其在整个施工和使用过程中的最不利状态进行结构设计和验算。计算结果表明:沉井在浮 德 设 运阶段倾斜角 一0.6。,p--n一7.1 m;下沉至设计标高,刃脚下的土已被掏空的情况下,刃脚根部以 上高度等于该处壁厚的一段沉井的井壁最大压应力为9.34 MPa;沉井最大和最小基底应力分别为 1.64 MPa和0.159 MPa;沉井理论沉降量为2.5 cm,实际预留沉降量为5 em,均满足规范要求。 关键词:悬索桥;桥梁基础;沉井;结构设计;稳定性;应力分析 中图分类号:U443.131 文献标志码:A Structural Analysis and Design of Very Huge Deepwater Caisson XIAO De—cun,ZHAO Du—huan,L U Qin—feng (China Railway Major Bridge Reconnaissance&Design Institute Co.,Ltd.,Wuhan 430050,China) Abstract:The main bridge of Taizhou Changjiang River Highway Bridge is a three—tower suspension bridge.The foundation for the intermediate tower of the bridge employs the very huge deepwater caisson that is of the rectangular shape with rounded corners on the plane and that is 7 6 m in height.The lower part of the caisson is the steel shell concrete structure while the upper part is the reinforced concrete structure.In consideration of the construction methods to be used for the caisson,the structural design and checking calculation for the most unfavorable status of the caisson in the whole construction process and in the service stage are made.The results of the calculation show that the inclination angle of the caisson in the floating stage is 一0.6。,p—n一 7.1 m.When the caisson iS sunk tO its designed elevation and under condition that the soil bel
