The so-called psychological characteristic of personality, is the individual in social activities showed relatively stable composition, master of psychological characteristic of personality, will be through the strengthening of staff training, improve staff efficiency, on the staff of the personality development as well as to the development of enterprises play a positive role. At present the enterprise employee personality management present situation: most of the studies and managers are from the static point of view, seldom considering dynamic matching theory etc.. Modern mass psychology and management science: empirical research confirms truly realize the people-oriented management must attach importance to personality characteristics, to achieve the management principle of individuality.
