学兔兔 第 49卷 第 l期 石 油 化 工 自 动 化 VoL 49，No．1 2013年2月 AUTOMATION IN PETR( CHEMICAL INDUSTRY February，2013 应用分流分相法测量高压蒸汽一水 两相流体的流量 谈建平，孙瑾，于玉珠，敬兴隆 (新疆华隆油田科技股份有限责任公司，新疆克拉玛依 834000) 简介：提出了应用分流分相法测量高压蒸汽一水两相流体流量的方法。首先从蒸汽一水两相混合物中分流出一小部分(约2 ) 流体进入分流回路，然后在分流回路内通过一个小型分离器将这部分流体分离成为单相流体，并用单相流量计分别进行计量， 然后根据分流系数将测量值换算成被测流体的总流量。分流系数的第一个关联式由主回路流体阻值与分回路的流体阻值关系 导出，第二个关联式由实验方法确定。实验结果证明该方法是一种可靠的两相流测量方法，流量计量误差小于±2．5 ，干度测 量误差小于±3．5 。 关键词：两相流 流量计量 分流 分离 中图分类号：TH814 文献标志码：B 文章编号：1007-7324(2013)01—0037—05 High Pressure Steam-water Two-phase Flow Measurement by Flow Division and Separation Method Tan Jianping，Sun Jin，Yu Yuzhu，Jing Xinglong (Xinjiang Hualong Oilfield Technology Co．Ltd．，Karamay，834000，China) Abstract：A method for high pressure steam-water two—phase flow measurement by flow division and separation is proposed．The flowrate of the steam-water mixture is metered by diverting a small fraction(about 2 )of tota1 flow to a division loop，and the mixture diverted is separated into single—phase of steam and water flow with a small separator，the flow is metered by single-phase flow meters respectively，and then the metered values are converted to total flowrate according to the extraction ratio．The first equation of the extraction ratio is derived from the relation of flow resistances between the main loop and the division loop，and the second equation of the extraction ratio is established by experiments．Experiments show that this method is a reliable technique with flowrate measurement error less than±2．5 Y0，and mass quality measurement error less than--4-3．5Y00． Key words：tWO—phase flow；fl
