In addition , the resolution of disputable issues in the system operation will al- so have the correct value orientation. The jurisdiction agreement may have exclusive validity or concuπence validi- ty , and each of them has advantages and disadvantages , which requires the Supreme People s Court should clarify the dispution through some guiding cases. The uniqueness of jurisdiction court in the Civil Litigation Law should be understood as the uniqueness of court location but not the court. When judging the explicitness of the jurisdic- tion court , tolerant standard should be taken to avoid that too many jurisdiction agreements may be juged invalid.
